Bedspreads, Throws and Blankets Ouno Design produces high-end throws, bedspreads and blankets from the best vintage textiles as well as new organic fabrics - cotton and hemp. All pieces are one-of-a-kind.

Fur Throws Our fur blankets and rugs are made entirely from high quality vintage fur and sheepskin coats. The top surface is pieced fur or sheepskin. Backing for each throw is sewn from the best fur coat linings in a rural Japanese style; backings for our area rugs are made from a durable dark gray cotton tent canvas. Our fur throws can be used over beds, sofas, chairs or really anywhere you like. Our sheepskin or fur rugs can be used as bed, sofa or wall coverings, or as area rugs in low-traffic areas. Fur throws and rugs are sturdy, luxurious, soft and warm, and they look beautiful year round. Minor spills are easily cleaned with a damp cloth - see "about ouno" for hide care.

Each sturdy, handmade bedspread is unique. We collect the very best geometric vintage 1960s and 70s scarves for the first side - each scarf is like an abstract painting.
