ounodesign.com is committed to providing you with a safe and easy online shopping experience. You may either order from this website via PayPal, by email or phone using your credit card, or from our Etsy shop. For more about thse options, see below.
Please note that many of our items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind. Our apologies if your chosen item has recently sold. We try to keep our website as updated as possible but sometimes an item is sold out. Some items can be made again, subject to availability of materials. Please ask us.
ounodesign.com sells merchandise made from both vintage and new materials. Vintage materials are considered "used," and minor wear and colour variation should be expected. Any unusual flaws or eccentricities, if major, will always be noted and detailed photographs and descriptions are available upon request.
Order Ouno products online in a variety of ways:
1. From this website, using PayPal - just click on the PayPal button next to any item, and follow instructions. You will need a PayPal account to use this option.
2. Our Etsy store: we're "ouno" at http://www.ouno.etsy.com.
3. Over the phone, using your credit card. Call us at 604-216-1103, Monday - Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm Pacific Time (same as Los Angeles).
4. Via email: Write to us here. Be sure to include your desired means of payment (see below), your name, shipping address for delivery, telephone number and description of item(s) you wish to buy. We accept Pay Pal, international money orders (please ensure Canadian funds), personal and business cheques, and emailed bank transfers. Personal and business cheques must clear before shipping (5-7 working days). PLEASE NOTE THAT AMERICAN CHEQUES TAKE 30 DAYS TO CLEAR, so the shipment of your item(s) could be significantly delayed if you choose this option.
All items ship within 3 working days once payment has cleared and is available to ounodesign.com.
Shipping
Canada
Items are shipped via Canada Post by size and weight - shipping charges will appear in your PayPal shopping cart, or you can contact us. Priority Courier and Xpresspost are also available - please inquire. Delivery to certain addresses within Greater Vancouver is free of charge - please ask. Please e-mail us for shipping fees here.
USA
We offer regular expedited as well as express service to the US - please inquire via email at info at ounodesign dot com or by phone 604-216-1103 and we will let you know totals in USD. Unless you specify, all items are shipped via Canada Post U.S.A. Expedited Parcel (insurance included). Items travel to you duty free since our goods are manufactured in Canada and are exempt under NAFTA. In addition there are no sales or other taxes applied.
International
All international shipping costs are borne by the customer. Unless specified all items are shipped insured via Canada Post. Smaller items can be shipped via UPS, and we can offer a variety of other services. Please inquire. All quotes include packing, export documentation, customs clearance and handling charges, delivery to the designated address and insurance for the full value of item(s). No sales taxes are applied to goods exported from Canada.
Cancellations & Returns
It is possible to cancel an order providing the goods have not been dispatched. To do this, please contact us via email or preferably phone - 604-216-1103 or 604-313-7744.
If the item doesn't work for you, by all means return it for a full refund but please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Your refund will be issued via PayPal , cheque or to the credit card that you used to pay us directly, once we have received your returned item. We request that the item reaches us within ten days of receipt if possible.
In the event your order is received in a faulty or damaged condition, please let us know right away and carefully repackage the item for return. Return it via regular mail and we can refund you for the return shipping via PayPal or cheque. We will either just refund you, provide you with a replacement or we will repair the item and return it to you - it's up to you.
